Some friends cook their ham and baste it with 7-Up and pineapple juice, as 
she is diabetic, and the taste is absolutely amazing!

I know this is on the wrong list but I don't have blind cooks in my address
book and no messages from them at the moment, but was wondering if anyone
could tell me how to bake a ham in the oven simply.  It is boneless.  I have
also heard you can do it in the crock pot so if anyone knows how to do that
