Hey Jo Elizabeth,
I dont' post very often these days, but I'm keeping track of the list, 
so I thought I'd drop some info on this particular thing. Yes. It is 
ligitimit. However, there is no real cure for...Non24 hour disorder. 
It's when a person who is blind has an irregular sarcadian rhythm, 
causing them to have insomnia all the time. I have it, and the only 
thing I ca really do, and it's worked so far, is take a type of 
melatonin mixed with another natural supplement. I take it in cycles 
adn it seems to be helping me. I've had sleeping issues since I was 
really little, and now I'm relieved that it's finally getting a bit better.
