Good point about dessert. Fortunately, Kahlan usually doesn't care one 
way or the other about dessert.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. So far we've found a place for 
a tie down in the living room. Falla doesn't like it, but doesn't howl, 
thank God! She just looks over the baby gate into the dining room. With 
Falla not as close by, Kahlan doesn't throw food to her. She hasn't 
been doing as badly over the past few days with the food throwing. I'm 
praying she's starting to outgrow it gradually.
