I would love to see the article on wearing your baby.
Thanks
Tara

Hi Tara:

My baby days are long over as my daughter is 38 and has two sons of her
own. I also found though that the backpacks or slings worked well. I am
just racking my brain trying to think of the name of the backpack that my
daughter used and also let me use when I was baby sitting the grand kids.
ooo it is anoying when something is right on the tip of your tongue and
you can't think of it.
Oh well. Probably at two in the morning when I can't sleep it will come
to me. ehehehehehe! I have heard many mom's say that they liked the baby
wraps too. I think I have an article that a lady wrote who was on another
parenting list about wearing your baby. I will write to her and ask her
for permission to put it on here. It was very well written and easy to
understand.

I'm 26 and I have 3 kids. I've found that most infant car seats work well
in the car. You might want to consider carrying your baby in a sling of
some sort. There are a lot to choose from. You can order them from
websites where they'll ask you for your height and weight. Or you can
purchase them from target or walmart where they are not specially made but
work well. The slings are good to have when going to the store for
esentuals. You don't have to worry about pushing the baby in a stroller or
the infant seat taking up most of the shopping space in the cart. Read
about car seat safety and read all of the instructions on everything that
you buy.
