Well, it would seem that if the events are close enough together on the
calendar, the arrival of the baby is going to pre-empt the mom's ability to
be at the wedding. To me, some of these things are just common sense.

As parents, and as a first-time mom, you may have to prioritize. There was
a lady who wrote in to Dear Abby, complaining, among other things, about
the fact that Mom-In-law will get married in 2 weeks, she's due for a baby,
(#1), and Mom-In-Law asks her to be at her wedding. As blind parents, is
this unreasonable or reasonable to prioritize? What have you done in this
situation? (NFB Newsline, Orange County, CA, Register; Life, Article 7,
Monday?)
