[blparent] Braill Clothes for Blind Children and adults

Hello all,

I responded with an idea earlier before seeing this message. I 
recommended sewing tiny buttons on the articles of clothing. I'm of 
course assuming the situation involoves someone who's totally blind. My 
apologies for assuming; I'm totally blind myself and more times than 
not, I'm always thinking of non-visual means of doing things.
