Hi.
Only things I have tracked is our soon to be 1 year old sons, weight
and height, plus a few additional point, like his first crawling,
standing tooth and so on. THis is being done in an excel spreadsheet,
but it could just as easy be done writing it on a brailler, phone
Victor stream etc. etc. So whatever works best for you and your wife
will do.
unless your child has a chronic or prolonged medical condition I
honestly see no major need for tracking or documenting besides what
ever landmarks you want to keep for historical reasons.
Do whatever works best and is most meaning ful to you in the situation
you are in.
Best regards, Jesper.
