Eric,
There is a process by which text books are made available in accessible formats to schools, and there is a sort of
bank where these are held and made available. Publishers make books available directly to that bank. While
copyright laws would allow any of us who have a copy of a textbook to convert it into a specialized format, there
is a possibility that this bank of textbooks that is already available may require that the book be requested by a
student or a teacher. This is being investigated. If this is the case, we will need to figure out how to fix it,
but it is possible this isn't just being done at someone's whim.
