[blparent] Walking with 3 young children

Hi!
I'm a single mother of three children; ages 7, 5 and a 1 year old. I'm completely blind. My children and i live in a city that has wonderful public transportation. My 1 year old child is getting to heavy for me to carry her in a baby pack. I'm wondering if anyone might have any suggestions on how I could travel safely with all 3 of my children and a stroller?
