[blparent] Car seat recommendation

Hi all,
I am looking for a new car  Seat for my baby. She is around 30 inches and about 16 pounds. My car seat is rare facing and goes up to 20 pounds. What recommendations do you have for the next car seat? They have car seats that go from 5 pounds to 100 pounds. This would be nice. However, the car seat we looked at was the kind you install in the car and don't move it out of the car. I am looking for a car seat that can go easily from one car to another. Thanks for the help! I look forward to people's responses.
