Hello Blind Parents,

It's been a long while since I posted, probably a year or more. Life has
been crazy busy. Anyway, I wrote this personal essay after my son was born.
Recently, a publication, Magnets and Ladders, accepted it for publication,
and the issue is out. I'm sharing it because it deals with the topic of
