[blparent] Can blind people adopt?

A number of years ago, The affiliate got involved in helping a blind couple 
(that is I beleve both husband and wife were blind) to addoped a child from 
Corea. The addoption was succesful. So, as far s I know, Corea is a child 
where Blind people can adopt.

Hello. I'm curious which, if any, countries blind people can adopt children 
from? I know China doesn't allow it, although they do permit deaf people to 
do so.
