also says that if you would like a different format such as braille or large

Arielle,

She is certainly not the first person to pull freely available information
together and sell it for the convenience of having it in one place.  Still,
it seems worthwhile to me to be sure people know the information is free if
they know how to look for it.  I was hoping the price might be obvious.  She
seems to be announcing each state as she completes the work on quite a
number of our lists.
