Dear Danielle,

I have a little vision so I investigated the patterns you were asking about. Old World has a wide variety of colors and designs. Generally, the borders are very ornate with the middle having a cream colored background with fruit, or nuts, or leaves...etc. in a pattern wrapping around the middle. The lidded soup bowls are shaped like pumpkins and actually have pumpkins in a beautiful pattern across the middle with the ornate trim mentioned above and the stem of the pumpkin arches across the top of the lid to form a handle. They look very classy overall. Some of the dishes have a metal beaded trim.
The Floral lace has dark background colors like navy blue, purple or red with white flowers overlaid onto the dark background.
I hope this helps!
