[blparent] not receiving parent newsletter and some questions

Hi all,
I was wondering if there was nothing to discuss lately on the blind parent list serve because I have not received anything from this list recently .
Also how do you go about finding child care or someone to take care of your child because I am trying to go back to work ?  Also still trying how to exercise with a four month child.  I have a small dog who was abused and my son is starting to craw how do you make sure where he is and also make sure he does not put things in his mouth ?
