[blparent] Introduction and a question

It may not have occurred to her at the time, although she may refer her client now. Plus, client may or may not have computer access, or may be getting computer training. Who knows? . . .

To me it's strange she isn't telling the client about this list. I don't understand why she wouldn't give her client the tools and this list is one of them, v. feeding the client information. It's like a pharamicist saying "take these iron supplements" because then they remain in business when eating spinach would accomplish the same thing.

If you read the initial post, this is a vision rehab. instructor inquiring for some information for one of her clients. Why are you reading more into it? No need for any additional information from her. If she wants to tell her client about your list, she will. Blessings to you all.

 We have not been given
any information by which we can assume that the father in question, if there is one, is a sperm donor. That's a dangerous and needless conclusion to jump to.

 My sense is that
in this case, the father is
 a father in
 sperm donation either.
 And like J.E. says,
why are you asking these questions for her? She can get on the list and ask whatever she wants. So can you, it's just odd that you are and she isn't. Makes me wonder what more is going on.

 Why don't you suggest that
your client might want to join this list? She could ask the question for herself, and a lot of other parenting questions, too, if she is interested. There are many mothers of babies and toddlers here, and some mothers of older children, or mothers whose children are grown now.
