oh yes they all have parental controls on them even windows10 has them. 
but I don't use them. instead I interact with (Aaron), making sure he 
knows what I approve of and what I don't approve of. for example if he's 
watching a bad youtube video rather than rely on parental controls to 
babySit him I keep an eye on him and tell him to shut it off and watch 
something else and he does. And if he gets a virus like on the old 
windows laptop I gave him I taught him how to reset windows10 wiping out 
everything making it a fresh copy. After 2 or 3 times resetting it now 
he thinks twice about what he's doing on the computer because a reset 
can take up to 4 or 5 hours and he does not like waiting so now he is 
more cautious. same thing with if I get him this android gaming tablet. 
less for me to maintain and quite affordable but yet if he messes it up 
2 or 3 factory wipes or resets will teach him hey better think about 
what I'm doing before I go and just do it. Nice thing about android is 
it sits on the Linux kernel so cannot get windows viruses and windows 
bad malware stuff. and he'll just stick to the play store and apps I 
approve of him installing. and it will be tied to my google account so I 
monitor and have control over it I could even wipe it remotely if needed.
