I actually found that stiffness to be quite helpful for me. I am very large girl top. So it was very helpful to keep everything in place.

The Breast Friend was awkward and hard to position, and I dropped my newborn once while trying to get her into a good position. Check out different options and figure out what's most comfortable for you.

For me it was very difficult to try to follow verbal contract directions on how to do the different holds. My breast friend pillow was a lifesaver when I had my first child because I was able to have the baby on the pillow, and one arm around the baby which left my other hand free for positioning the nipple in her mouth, checking her latch.
