The Ergobaby 180 reversible stroller does this, and you can buy a separate adapter that makes it compatible with a few brands of car seats. Of all the strollers I tested, it was by far the easiest to pull. I do find it a bit heavy/bulky though. The Joovy Balloon also has this feature, but I haven’t seen that one in person.
