I have tried what seems to be all the color identifiers in the app store. In my opinion & experience,  none identifies colors as well as camfind. I have had great success with Camfind identifying all colors in a striped shirt & with floral print shirts.  Camfind is similar to TapTap See. The app is Free & accessible with voiceover.
