Kelby,

Some strollers have a handle that can be moved so that a stroller can be
pushed or pulled with the child facing forward.  In addition, some allow
wheels to be locked or unlocked from rotating left and right to make pulling
easier.

I confess I had not thought of this. Wouldn't this require the child to be
facing the opposite way from you instead of facing you like they would with
people pushing the stroller as normal?
