[blParent] {Disarmed} Speaker Pelosi to Participate in NationalFederation of the Blind Convention

She doesn't usually vote unless there is a tie, but she determines which
bills are put up for a vote. We need to make sure she has the votes in each
state, needed to pass so the bills can be brought to the floor for a vote.
