[Cabs-talk] open board meeting

Hello everyone,

There was a mistake on my part when I said that today's board meeting will be a closed meeting. We are not supposed to have any closed board meetings, only executive sessions if we have to discuss a private matter. So this board meeting will be open to members at 5 PM on the affiliate conference call line until we move to go into an executive session, in which case all general membership will have to leave until we come out of executive session.
