Attention Blind and Visually Impaired Californians Who Have Used or
Tried to Use jetblue.com:

Disability Rights Advocates is currently investigating the experiences
of blind travelers who have tried to access Jet Blue's website,
www.jetblue.com, with screen reader technology while in California to
buy airline tickets or for any other reason. If you have comments about
the accessibility of this website, we are very interested in hearing
from you. Please contact Karla Gilbride at 510-665-8644 extension 117 or
by e-mail at kgilbride at dralegal.org. If you have not had any experiences
using jetblue.com but want to tell us about other airline or
travel-related websites that you have attempted to use in California
with a screen reader, we would be interested in hearing about those
experiences as well.

Please also help us to spread the word about this investigation by
sharing this message with other screen reader users in California that
you know.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us.

Sincerely,
Karla Gilbride
