  I don't know if this helps, but   I believe that Eddie Bell, who  works at
La Tech with  the NBPCB
 was at one time the president of cabs.  I'm sure  that he might have
information, providing that I am indeed correct on my person/information.

Thank you for reminding me of that. When I began the newsletter
earlier this year I was aware of the older issues, however it had
slipped my mind and I appreciate the reminder. I'll email you the
files once I get them arranged and all.
