[Cabs-talk] California Battle Cry Contest!

nice ideas!  How about seeing about getting  the announcement in the
state bulletin for sep?   I would agree that some development of the
idea and direction is not  at all a bad thing, if not just to further
solidify thoughts into plans that can be more smoothly executed.
