Hi all,
At the last membership meeting, it was brought to our attention that perhaps we should decrease the number of meetings we have a year. For example, we could start having our meetings be once every two months instead of monthly. We are hoping that the decreased number of meetings will result in a greater amount of involvement from members who have been otherwise unable to make meetings. We would like to get your feedback on this idea.

Also, the idea to change the date and or time of the membership meetings was also proposed. It was said that perhaps we should hold our meetings on the last Thursday of the month, or another week day. Before you decide whether or not to support this idea, let me point out a few facts. Some students work part time, meaning that on the week day evenings they are busy. Other students study lots, and still others have night classes that would prevent them from attending a membership meeting during the week. This is not to say we can't move the meeting to Saturday, or change the time of which the meeting is held on Sundays.

We would simply like your thoughts to help us make our decision.

Thank you.
