Subject: Re: [Cabs-talk] Unified English Braille Code?

Hello, everyone I am just curious. Who might I contact in order to learn
more about braille transcribing. I have been interested in learning how to
do this for some time, but I wasn't sure about who I needed to contact in
order to get started.
