 Hi all,
Independence is something expressed as a vital part of living, something we all want and demand for ourselves.
but this has many meanings depending upon who you discuss the subject with, and a different meaning still when you observe social interactions.
Some may think of independence as the ability to do what you want, when you want to, others might say it is doing things without the feeling of a person looking over your shoulder. Some look at the ability of one to hold down a job and buy their own things as independent and praise it, while others see the same in some other situations as a matter course and no praise should be given.
So, what does it mean to you?

 Thanks for reading,
  Darian
