Hi Darian! In 2009, I attended the STEP program at the Junior Blind of America in Los Angeles. I was there for 3 or 4 weeks. I learned about independent living skills, job seeking skills, and how to live with others in a dorm. This was a beneficial program for me, since I was getting ready to go to college 2 weeks after the program concluded.
Hope this helps you. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
