[Cabs-talk] accessible qr code and apps

hello fellow federationists,

I am asking for any and all knowledge of an app that can read qr codes that
would be accessible and useful for those using both ios and other smart
devices. I am working on a project with nasa. We intend to use this qr code
to convey that goes along with tactile diagrams. any and all info would be
deeply appreciated.
