Hello I would love to see a seminar on what are my rights as a blind person? What schools are required legally  to provide braille for blind students? What about career colleges such as as the American college healthcare and technology? (ACHT) what about private schools (such as cal baptist university?) why shouldn’t career colleges and private institutions be required  to provide braille textbooks and other coursework in braille for blind people? As blind people want to work and to earn a good salary too.
