See the below message from Hezekiah Negrete who is helping the student division plan this workshop. Students, parents, and teachers are all welcome:

 

It’s that time of year again!

College application season. Do you know where you want to go after high school? Do you know what resources are available and what benefits you can receive as a visually impaired student? 

 

Join us on Zoom for a panel discussion where we will have people currently enrolled in many different universities (UC’s CSU’s Private schools etc) 

 

What to expect 

- Speakers sharing their insight and their experience in college as a Blind or Low vision student 

-A guided discussion that aims to address your concerns about this new transition into college

-Encouragement and involvement with a wonderful community looking to build each other up for this new phase in your life
