[Cabs] April meeting at CSDB update

Diane and all.
We will be discussing all of the logistics on sunday the 26th at 6:00 PM.  I 
hope that more people will show up.  The 26th isn't a holiday.
Hopefully, we will have a confirmation about the date of the 14th as well. 
I will contact mr. tutt as well.  If I need to.
