Diane,
When Brent, the Youth Services Coordinator at the CCB, was consulted about 
which day the students would be available, the 27th was the one day that 
they would not be somewhere else.  This was a case where we had to fit into 
another schedule if we wished to do this seminar, so I am sorry you feel 
that I didn't give everyone enough notice.  I gave yall as much notice as I 
possibly could!!  Besides, with all due respect, you knew about these 
commitments you had made with these other devisions even before the date for 
the seminar was decided, right?  I'm not sure that even if you would have 
been asked, that whatever day was chosen would have worked for you or anyone 
else for that matter.  There is always the possibility that one or more of 
us will have prior commitments which will not allow us to attend on any 
chosen day...
