[Cabs] The Ray Mcgeorge award.

The Colorado Asociation of blind students(CABS) is taking nominations for the Ray Mcgeorge Award.
There have been four recipients of this award.  
The past recipients are: dan winzil
doris willoughby
Dr. Kay Ferrell
Tom Anderson.
The Members of Cabs believe that this award should be given out this year in Meory of Ray Mcgeorge.
The criteria for this award, is that the person must be involved with the field of blindness, and gives back to the blind community.  The nominee may be an educator, someone that works with seniors, or someone that has contributed to  and enriched the lives of blind people in some way.
A letter of nomination should be sent by email to: 
colorado.students at gmail.com

The email should have the following in the subject line: Ray Mcgeorge award nominee.  The letter should contain the name of the Nominee, what his/her contributions to the life of blind persons has been, some kind of biographical information, and why you believe that this person should receive this awoard.  
The final dead line is September 20, 2010.
