Hi Koby,

Have you already signed a lease with the Franklin Apartments? Many
apartment complexes want proof that you earn at least three times the
monthly rent before they will let you sign a lease with them. Is
Franklin Apartments a housing complex for people who have fixed
incomes like SSI?
