The nominating committee meets every year at convention to vote on who they would like to place in nomination for the state board positions in front of the convention on Sunday at the business meeting. One person from each chapter and division is appointed by its respective President to be the chapter or division's representative on the committee. All you have to do is be there on Friday night from 7-7:30, go to whatever room the committee is meeting in, Julie Deden who is the chair will suggest people and ask for other suggestions and then everyone on the committee will vote.
