[Capchapohio] May chapter meeting IMPORTANT

I can not attend the Chapter meeting on the 21st.  I have a wedding at 1-30
pm. and it is Ethan's 16th birthday; and there is the evening fund raiser
for the statte.  It is already an out of control busy day.
