Pasted below and attached is a brief hand-out detailing changes to the intake and application process RSC's Columbus office at 899 E. Broad is implementing beginning next week. Please feel free to share this as appropriate, and you may contact the office or myself for questions.

WELCOME TO BVR & BSVI!




Step 1:         Call our office at 614-466-4575 and let the receptionist know that you would like to apply for services.
Step 2:         Your call will be transferred to a Vocational Rehabilitation Professional who will provide you with information about our program and schedule you for an appointment.
Step 3:         At your first appointment, a Counselor Assistant will help you apply for services.  Please bring a state issued ID or a driver's license, along with any documentation about your disability, such as SSI/SSDI award letter, IEP, medical records, names of physicians, & treating sources.  You can expect this appointment to last approximately 30 minutes.
Step 4:       The Counselor Assistant will then schedule for you to return at a later time to meet with a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.  Your second appointment will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
