All,

Full disclosure here. I have 0 financial interest in Universal Low Vision, but as a community member, I wanted to let you know about this series. Also, I am a Victor Stream user but have 0 financial interest in sales except where they make your life better, which also makes me happy.

Having said this, here's to let you know that a trainer from Universal Low Vision let me know today that starting this Friday May 3, along with free dough nuts, a demonstration of one new technology device will be shared at Universal Low Vision, 1350 W. 5th Ave. Suite 112 Columbus, Ohio 43212, 8:30-9:30 a.m.. This is an open house that some consumers and counselors may wish to attend to keep up on the practical possibilities that continue to expand in the blindness community. This month's device is the new Victor Stream reading device from Humanware:

At a bit over $300, this is a low-cost, high-impact piece of equipment useful in reading, recording and audio note taking that I recommend personally from my three plus years working with the old Victor.

For questions, feel free to call Universal or after this month, to email Cyndy at the email below.

Please pass this information on to consumers or other professionals you believe may be interested.

Sincerely,
Elizabeth Sammons
