[Capchapohio] July meeting

I would like to revisit our chapter meeting day and time again as well
please?

 

I know that this last decision was considered very thoughtfully but even
though I am making plans to attend the meetings in August, September and
October, Sunday is not a good day for me in general for my travel plans from
Athens and I really want to contribute to the success of our chapter wich
includes attending as many meetings as I can.

 

I'm just giving you all a heads up that I will be bringing this matter up as
soon as I can ok?

I've been coming even though I can only stay for half of the meeting in
hopes that the timing would change. I've had a standing 5 PM pickup from my
home for another event for over 4 years. Half a meeting sometimes seems less
than great so I think I will pass this month. Maybe we will consider another
day in the future. I judge that I am missing important things by not being
able to attend the whole meeting.

This is a reminder that this Sunday, July 26 is our chapter meeting. It will
start promptly at 3 p.m. The location is Maynard Avenue United Methodist
Church, 2350 Indianola Ave., 43202. Use the door on Maynard that is glass
with metal handles. 

 

Remember that our chapter has agreed to make contributions to the church
resource center of non-perishable food items or toiletries. If at all
possible please bring something to contribute to this endeavour. This is an
area that members have gotten lax about yet did agree was a good idea since
the church does not charge us for meeting space.
