It's been 2 weeks and only about half the meal items are committed to by
those who said they wanted to come. I was planning on going to the store
Wednesday for supplies. If we wish to do this Christmas Dinner we need the
other commitments no later than 12 noon on Tuesday so all know whether to
shop for and prepare food or not.

If people are too busy or don't want to prepare food I suggest we just meet
at a restaurant like Mozarts or Applebees and order dinner. That is less
trouble. I'd love to have the group over, but if we don't have a meal it
won't work.
