[Capchapohio] using stable account with Jaws

I wanted to let everyone know that I tested the stable account websight out
with jaws like I was asked. When using the sight it works very well with
google crome and internet explorer. I did not sign up for a account but I
went threw the steps to make sure it would work for those who are
