Hi Dustin G, hopefully you still  have Dusty and I on the list since we responded very early on.   Also note that  Denver has been moved from the hospital to a rehab facility and unfortunately won't be with us. He cannot respond or even read anything from the list serve  if it is not forwarded to his personal email since Richard will not allow him to be on any of the lists for NFB at all.   
Just wanted you to know why I am passing on that he won't be present.

I created a word doc and it goes a follows drink menue, wich is the first few pages then below that is the food menue and below that is the dessert menue. I tried to make it easy for everyone to read if any questions or concerns please let me know. I look forward to meeting with you guys next week and celebrating with you guys after the meeting. If people can try and let me know by no later then Wensday weather they will be attending or not so I can give the restaurant a final head count.Thanksdustin
