Ok, I was not at the meeting on Saturday April 1st, so what are we discussing concerning the Constitution that we just went through and I might add, very thoroughly indeed I thought last year?
Also, all minutes of our meetings must be made available publicly unless matters of financial issues are in order and in that case, they would come under an executive session deliberations.
I anxiously await these minutes as it sounds as if it was a particularly interesting meeting!

Subject: [Capchapohio] Constitution request
Greetings members, I hope this note finds you well.
As per our meeting this afternoon, we need to have a review of our Constitution. If our executive leadership team could be sure that each member of our chapter has a copy of the constitution by our next meeting, at least scheduled after our normally scheduled date of May 6, tentatively for May 13.
Additionally, I will forward the discussed correspondence between myself and our president so as to enter it into the record.
As a matter of reflection, I think these meeting minutes should only be available upon request.
It should be noted that this is not to disguise the discussion, but to ensure that only individuals who wish to do so are engaged in the conversation.
As the discussion was tabled, but not the motion, I will look forward to our Board of Directors decision at the upcoming meeting this coming week.
I also would like to sincerely thank everyone for the rather significant contributions that were made today to our meeting host. I spoke with Pastor Patty this morning, and she was overjoyed with the outpouring of our chapter.
I look forward to working alongside all of you and finally getting those who are not yet connected with our capital city chapter list served connected very soon.
Lets go build our federation!
I send this message brimming with joy and completely filled with the faith that we will indeed create change in our affiliate in a significant way.
With you, we got you.
Your brother in the movement,
Jordy D. Stringer.
You can achieve anything once you've imagined possibilities!
