The Ohio Convention Center says thay have no such conference the week of
November 13. Perhaps if you have the official title of the event and more
details I can pinpoint the info with the Center.

Subject: [Capchapohio] Assistive technology conference week of November 13.
Greetings chapter members, I hope this message finds you doing well.
As some of you may know there are several family conferences that are
conducted throughout the state each year. Approximately once every other
quarter conferences of this nature are held in Columbus. Some of you may
remember that several members and I attended a conference very similar to
this one coming up in November back in May.
It was an excellent conference, we were able to network with many different
agencies across the state, give a specific group presentation about the
national Federation of the blind of Ohio, and even get free lunch.
This conferences upcoming again, and will be held during the week of
November 13. We have already committed to participating and I'm curious to
know if there's anyone willing, and able to staff the event. Just
tentatively, the event will be held in downtown Columbus at the convention
center, and the set up for the event is on Thursday afternoon with
hospitality evening to follow, and before event day the following day. If
anyone is able, and willing, please contact me directly and I will give you
the details.
Is my opinion that our presents over the last year has grown infinitely
larger, and the only way to continue this momentum is to attend events such
as these. Other members who have attended events in the past few free to
weigh in with your thoughts and comments but I would very much like to have
some participation from members here in Columbus. Thanks everyone for all of
the things that you do. Lastly, I have a new phone number and this is the
most efficient way to reach me I no longer live in Columbus, very much look
forward to seeing those will be in attendance at this weekend's convention
very soon.
