Good Morning Jason,

I hope all is well. I wanted to circle back with you about this opportunity to have your constituents test a new farebox. We are inviting a small group of individuals to beta test a new payment system/app. on our vehicles. This farebox will be on fixed route vehicles.

While we do already have we have a good representation of our customer base lined up to participate in the test, we did want to extend an invite for others who may be interested. To that end, we have up to 5 spots available for anyone who would like to participate.  

Nikki Stoughton (cc’d) is COTA’s Director of Marketing & Experience Programs. She and her team are eager to engage customers to ensure everyone’s needs are being meet. If you could provide us with the names and contact details of anyone who would like to participate we would greatly appreciate it.

Good Morning Jason,

This is a follow up to my voicemail from last week. COTA is looking at placement locations for our new farebox validator through Masabi (which is what the Dayton RTA currently has). To partner and be more transparent, I was wondering if you and/or two of your constituents would be interested in stopping by our McKinley location to give us your thoughts on the proposed location. I will be out of the office next week for Spring Break, so I was hoping to schedule something this week (Wednesday or Thursday). I imagine this will only take 15 to 30 mins.
