[CapChapOhio] Capital Chapter meeting reminder

Good morning,

I hope everybody is having a wonderful spring so far. And, I hope that all of you will be able to make it to our chapter meeting this Saturday, April 8, at 11:15 AM. We will again be meeting at the Rusty bucket at 4109 North High St. The restaurant opens at 11 and we have the room in the back of the restaurant reserved for our meeting.

Attached you will find a copy of our current constitution. About a year ago, we talked about possible amendments to this document, but due to several circumstances, that project was tabled. I believe we should look at this again. This attachment is our current constitution.  I will also be sending out a copy of proposed changes for us to discuss on Saturday. This meeting will be a working meeting to see if the proposed changes or to everybody satisfaction, or if other changes need to be made. Then, at our May meeting, it is hoped that we will be prepared to vote on a final document. Please take the time to read this document and the proposed amendments, and , be prepared to discuss.
