Madam President,
It sounds as if many of us are in agreement regarding monthly discussions. So let’s start the next thread and talk about goals.

I am always open to suggestions of ideas of who we could schedule. And definitely would love to have more topics discussed.

Everyday we raise the expectations of blind people because we know that low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want, blindness is not what holds you back.

Things like an article from the monitor, a colonel book story, something that’s made the news either Audible, or newspaper, a podcast, etc., etc..

I believe for our January meeting we should focus on our goals for the upcoming year. Our chapter has grown a little bit over the last year, which is wonderful! Would love to see it grow even more. So, come with your ideas in January. Looking forward to a great discussion and a lot of brainstorming on what we can accomplish. I am with Erik, we should definitely win the gavel next year!
